This one is self-consciously weird, and usually I resist these types for the more organically weird. I mean, even the monkey has monkeys on it. But the whip? And sitting on a cat post? Its weirdness has drawn me in. This auction is for the shirt.

I think that's a backscratcher, not a whip. Which does not make it any less weird, but kind of gross that she put the scratching part in her mouth.
ReplyDeletethe monkey sprouting monkeys, the way she's holding the big monkey paw gently, yet holds the riding crop/scratcher to her mouth.. the Color schemes.. yes, Absurd! are they aware of the absurdity, even set it up this way, or is this just a slice of their life? either way, good find!
