Here's my tip for the day: If there's more than one wrinkle above your elbow when you hold your arm straight, and you have started describing your arms as 'crepe-y,' do not pose sexy. Otherwise, it looks like with a touch of dementia you've wandered into someone's campground and are about to go to the bathroom on the picnic table.
